Her background includes extensive one-on-one coaching with industry leaders, coaching and mentoring emerging voice actors, facilitating workshops, recruiting talent, and working as a communications specialist. This well-rounded experience makes leading First Stage Talent a natural next chapter.

First Stage Talent has proudly served clients and talent for over 50 years. When the previous owner retired, Shelley was committed to ensuring the agency’s legacy continued.
